PsychPsyte/Digital Success Tools Refund Policy: Updated 2/11/2011. Digital
Success Tools is happy to provide refunds for purchases that do not function as
expected or are found by the consumer to be unacceptable for their purposes.
1. If the problem involves a technical difficulty in the delivery or functioning of the product, please assist DST staff in identifying and fixing the technical problem. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, the refund process will be initiated.
2. For e-books, all you need to do is send an email directly to admin@psychpsyte.com indicating a request for a refund. You can also call us on our land line at (405) 842-8625. Your purchase price will be refunded
by check or PayPal refund within 14 days of notification, no questions asked. Please include your full name, address, telephone number and email so that we can issue the proper refund.
With software products you
must provide us with before and after screenshots of the control panel
add/remove programs list demonstrating removal of our software. Instructions on
how to do this will be provided to you if you need assistance in doing this.
